There is a big commotion in office today while Boss is out meeting.
Actually there is always some regular commotions in the office. Just that its quite minor that all and can be resolved quite easily. In the beginning, I aksway tried to hear what's all the fighting about. Now I close my ears to it.
The fight warrants my attentions cause the fight is just too big today. So far till I don't dare to look them cause I scare I step on the hidden mines. Their quarrls are always about the amount they have to do. And they alsway compare against each other. So naturally, there cant be 50-50 split of work de.
Even the vice-deputy head also shake her head. And such thing have even happened before. Furthermore. their seating arrangements was specially arranged to minimise any disputes.
Boss never said any of this during the interview. She said the people had worked there for years there. Which lead me to assusme that the working environment is quite good there. The people are friendly. But then, their words are laced with poison or with dragger at hand.
Had a talk with Boss also. She asked me about hw I feel there. Showing some concern. Also filled me in the job scope and responsibilties of a perm staff. Told me that I was going to be accssed by the two officers in 1 month's time. Quite scared now. Fearful of any mistakes that I will or might commit.
