Went to celebrate Xin's birthday at the Ri Ben Chun there after our work.
We choose to celebrate there cause its very close to our house. Almost of us can go back home just by walking or just take a bus.
Now that most of us has already started working, we feel that its so hard to meet up now. We only has a few hours together to do our catching-up before we had to head home as we still have to work early in the morning. And weekends, not all of us as well, and we cant reali stay out too late as well.
Anyway back to xin's celebration. Veron got the presents ready and she was waiting for us ouside the eatry.
The place has no menu, so you have to walk around to get whatever you want. For some dishes, you just have to get the order sticks and the staffs will collect it and give us the orders.
We ate many dishes and of cause we have quite a number of pictures taken that day. All the pictures that I took that day turned out to be blur. And then they started scaring me. I really got scared by them. Ended up, the blur pictures were because I cant keep still.
The surprise was going well, but then one of the staffs came over to ask: can they serve the cake right now. So they spoiled the fun le. Nevertheless, after servering the cake, one of them quickly pass a present over to Xin and said: Happy Birthday. And xin, she believed it. At first I still have my doubts about this plan.
Xin: Wow, how come so many people know that its my birthday?
We: Wow, this resturant service very good hor. Next time, brithday we also want come here. (the wrapper still got state 'from ri ben chun'.
And xin cant even realsie that it is veron's handwriting. And the name of the resturant is not ri ben chun. Is N****M*** (I dunnoe).
Normally, is we kenna tricked by her not the other way round. Maybe she is too tired I guess.
She dunnooe wanna open the present so we went on to give her the other thoughfuls presents. With a CARD as to prove our SINCERIRTY.
After all the givings, we pestered sucessfully to get her to open the ri ben chun present. TA DA!!! She realised that she has been tricked now. It a photo frame of our indivdual photos.
