Went down after sch today to claim my pay (they
deferred by 5 wks lor... ). (sld hav eaten my lunch in e first place...)
Called them n they say 2 wks ltr den ltr say wait 1 wk ltr... after tt no news fr them le... if not say, e money not done by us de is done by e accs ppl den juz nice lor, u dun noe how to do, we help u do lah, we study accs can put to use some more...
e last call i made, they even say wrong no lor... omg... this is how it goes...
ME: IS TIS JANET?WOMAN: YES. U ARE?ME: (say my name n say i work where cos they are agent)ME: WHEN CAN I GET MY PAY? (in a v angry tone...)JANET: WAT PAY? WHO ARE U? WRONG NO...But the voice is her alright, still wan to trick me... called again n no one pick up e phone so use another phone to call n ask my father to ans e call den got pick up is ans by another person say her phone laft behind...
If we not call n press them for payment, i dun think they will contact us at all lor... wan to cheat us of our money... not so easy...
saw alot of ppl were there alr n they were not happy at all cos all of our
pay were deducted by at least $100 plus. defeered our pay by 5 wks n wan us to accept tis amt,

N they even
say e contract is a mistake. Who ever has heard a contract is a mistake n if it was a mistake, how come
none of us knew n we were not informed. E first grp fight for their pay but den cant get back e full amt, they no choice, they take watever is given them n left...
After they go, we go in n fight for our pay...
Orignally say is $6 per hr n $5 for break n debreif oso got pay... but den
now say onli after 3rd Oct is calculated as like tt... n e break money is din hav now... but one of parents push n ask for $4. but e mother v shuai bian, they say wat amt n u accept... but we dun wan, u promised wat amt u sld hav give us wat amt...
we fight n we
got e $6 per hr thing. e break money we called another ppl n we knew tt they give e agaent $7 per hr n u wan give us $4 per hr say cos u need make a profit margin. they no choice cos we noe how much they give them so they hav to
give us $5 per hr. so we still win in e end.
but den they say e debreif thing they dun noe, so we called e sub-con n ask for it.
say wld try n get e money for us,
but all heard it as we wld hav e money.
say heard wrongly, how can 20 plus 30 plus ppl hread it wrongly... we cant get e money fr them so we left first take e contract n sign we hav take e money n wld not take any actions against them. In all, we
took full 3 hrs to fight for the money we sld hav get in e first place n we
hav not received e full amt. N they at first did not even wan to give us e amt tt we deserve, we had to
use law to threaten them before they give in to us. say cos they hav not get e money so we cant get our pay but den tt is e prob bte u n them not us.
we r not asking for any thing more or extra, we are juz asking for wat is rigtfull ours. Is tt wrong??? N last time say till v nice say christmas got job for us, now who dare to work for you when pay is hard to get n cant get e full amt... tis agaent is JOBplus n e other is i not v sure e spelling (when i noe le i will update it...)
