Den i saw in e newspaper tt they are hiring tutors. So I call them. They asked e standard qns like ur name, age, etc. Then e next day they found 1 assignment for me near my hse de. Muz teach 2 pri 1 kids for 8 lessons, n 1 lesson=2 hrs, after tt I will get $160. Although e money seems v good however I did not agree to it at once.
After awhile I called them back again n asked wheather is it 2 pri kids, 8 lessons, 1 lesson 2 hrs, $160? They sae yes n I sae I wld consider first.
After some time, they called back and asked me again. Thinking tt everything seems ok so I agreed to tis assignment. After that they told me e terms n conditions.
But they did not told me tt tis assignment they will have to take 50% of the money which left me to $80. They onli told me when I asked. Not onli did they miss out alot of info to tell me, they did not spell everything out clearly. I asked them is it onli e first assignment tt I have 2 pay them e 50% agency fees. Then they sae no, e agency fees is for every assignmenys de.
Wau lau, den they are obviously a con company lor. Then they asked me to tell e parents of e kids tt I am 20 or 21 yrs old, a professional full-time tutor wif 2 yrs if experience, a dipolma holder. U can imagaine e shock I got at first when I hear tis. Den u will start guessing wat kind of co is tis? N tis is wat I thgt. N I thgt tt I hav entered into an illegal thing or some sort like tt.
After I went hm n told my parents abt tis co., they told me not to go n work for them n called them 2 cancel e assignment. then e agency sae tt either I hav 2 pay them $80 or work for 4 lessons n get $4o from e co. Wua lau, they obviously wan me 2 work 4 them lor.
I mean when I agreeded 2 take e assignment they did not tell me anything abt tis in e agreement. Den when I called them 2 cancel e assignment, they were v firece and even sae tt they wld send me a penalty letter.
